Wonderful video! I truly believe in starting early with kids. The moment they were both able to eat solids, we just made healthy foods a part of their menu. My 2 1/2 yr old and 4 yr old LOVE to eat salads. Of course they love their chocolate too! I’ve taught them how to cook simple things in the kitchen.
