At midnight tonight Chinese the world over will welcome the Year of the Rat.

Our video features delicious, traditional Chinese food. 

And you will meet my dear friend and Chinese sister, Bik Ng whom I call The Mayor of Chinatown.

People born in the year of the rat tend to be creative, ambitious, and hard working. 

And according to the Chinese zodiac, rats are compatible with dragons, monkeys, or oxen.
