Dr. Eric Rimm is a nutritionist from the Harvard School of Public Health.

We met on the Nutrition Roundtable, which is a group of doctors, restaurateurs, cookbook authors, food businessmen, and other concerned individuals, who meet three times a year to discuss the latest research in nutrition and health.

This is the first in the series of “Pyramid on a Plate” In our next “pyramid” segment we will go to an American restaurant to show people how to eat pleasurably, according to the USDA Pyramid.
