Did you know that cardamom is considered by many cultures to be the Queen of Spices, beloved for its aromatic and enticing flavor as well as its excellent digestive properties? In the Middle East it is credited as being a potent aphrodisiac. You may recognize its flavor in sweet pastries and desserts, but it is also excellent in savory dishes.
