I own an asia shop and one of the most asked questions is "hey.. how do i make tofu taste any good?" the answer is always the same.. FRY IT ! :) add some veggies, a sauce like coriander-chili and there you go; its so simple! I have never used tofu as an entree like you did. i might try it very soon ;) thanks ! Heh..
